We had a great experience with Duke Rentals while working on a tree removal project. Their lift was exactly what we needed to safely reach and remove large limbs over a house, and it performed flawlessly the entire time. I don’t know if it was an employee or someone that you rent a truck too, but I just spent 45 minutes behind your guy hindering traffic in the fast lane, not doing the speed limit, causing people to road rage around him because he refused to get out of the passing lane well, not passing anyone For 45 minutes until I passed him in the slow lane ridiculous. Shame on you guys.
Someone driving one of ther vehicles about hit me while i was walking in a parking lot and when i reached out to this company they left me on read its been 72 hours since i messaged them and it shows they seen my message but 0 response from this company. I would take my business elsewhere. Their customer service is crap. So i left this review on thoee social media and they deleted my comments then reached out to me. This company showed up almost immediately after we called. We were moving a piece of equipment and realized a fork lift would be required. We could not have asked for better service.
