Literally robbing people with no alternative.
Duke Energy is overcharging customers for services they don’t actually provide. My rental home was vacant with no power usage, yet I received monthly bills exceeding $200. The most recent bill was $305, despite the only appliance plugged in being the refrigerator. It’s frustrating that South Carolina continues to allow this, especially since there are no alternative providers in my area.
