Called in afternoon, Duke came at 7:30PM. Replaced springs and a tune up. Superb service!! The kind of service we rarely see these days. Very impressed.
Garage door springs broke 17 days after maintenance on the garage door. The owner felt like I was blaming him for the breaking, but I was simply trying to explain that as a consumer there are expectations that things are not going to brake after 17 days. If there is the possibility that it will brake while you are there doing a check up, let us know so that we have a different perspective on the scope of the project. (just a suggestion)

One of the torsion springs for my garage door broke and I had these guys come out to replace it. They were fast, very courteous, and inexpensive. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area. As a bonus my door no longer squeaks and shakes!
