Stuck in traffic and 15 minutes late (even used e-check in) and they told me couldn’t be seen and had to reschedule with nothing available for months. Not one person in waiting area and any other time I sit for 30 minutes to been seen. Done with Duke
Very bad experience.. for more than a week just to send a prescription to pharmacy and they still not send while I 'm their customer for more than 10 years.
Outstanding customer service, always willing to help and easy to work with when visiting.. FNP Melissa Fike (and team) provides top notch support. Her commitment to her patients is obvious, as she has the unique ability to put me at ease and explain things in relatable terms.
