Definitely not surprised by their incredibly low rating. We lose power at least once a month. And our neighbors always have their lights on. I hope the board at Duke chokes on all that money the steal from us.

They still don’t care and they don’t help people like the way they should. They make it more more hard for people to pay their bills Duke Energy is the worst of company out there
