Duke started my service incorrectly, not for my apartment but rather for the common areas of my apartment, causing me to accrue fees
Duke energy is horrible and don’t care anything about customers. It’s ridiculous that they are charging so much and are so quick to want to cut your service unless you pay them over a 1,000 while they are steadily increasing your energy costs daily. Nothing but thieves and robbers. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional and far removed the reality’s people are facing daily.
They don't care about your health it's all about that money.. I have a health problem and I use a machine to sleep with and they straight up shut my electric off and now a medical certificate is needed for it to be turned back on but I'm playing the waiting game and can't sleep at all. Wish they cared about there customers better.
Every single time I have an issue they are impossible to work with. It’s terrible they are the only energy company in our area and how little they value customers or ethics.
