I would have kept this private and only emailed you, but of course you don't have a public a customer service email. So here you go. Handicap spots are for handicap people. There are plenty of empty spots in this lot to park the truck.
Duke started my service incorrectly, not for my apartment but rather for the common areas of my apartment, causing me to accrue fees
Duke energy is horrible and don’t care anything about customers. It’s ridiculous that they are charging so much and are so quick to want to cut your service unless you pay them over a 1,000 while they are steadily increasing your energy costs daily. Nothing but thieves and robbers. Totally unacceptable, unprofessional and far removed the reality’s people are facing daily.
