The power is constantly going out. It’s literally once a month. The wind isn’t even going it’s midnight and power is out until 4 AM. Why do we pay $500 a month if the power is this unreliable? Do better Duke.
Dealing with Duke Energy is like dealing with Mental Health Patients who are off their meds. Ive made six (6) attempts to get all my accounts on the same profile and their either egar to go to lunch or give off energy that they could care less concerning your issues. If this isn't correct by Monday I will be complaining to the State regulators.
Duke sucks said returned 1300.oo banks never got it back now said I owe 2k won't do anything to help im be out 3300.oo all said done DUKE SUCKS
