Not impressed-I know the line men are working so hard- and know they are- But I haven't seen one truck out in this area since the storm We have been out since the night of the storm. First couple of times I spoke with someone they were really nice but as I continue to call I realize that my account was never updated and details when included as I was told they would be they have not updated any of their maps the number still say the same- even though it shows that there's a whole lot more people that they've turned on?? Ok....now the patience is no longer warranted. Trails West has been without power since Sunday night. All the neighbors around here have called and reported the outage like we were told to do. We have lines down on the sidewalk...not one truck has gone by...a neighbor put up the caution tape..was told several times that they'd at least move the line...took until yesterday (Thursday) to get a senior living facility's power back...found out senior living centers were not on the first priority list....too many different answers..does anyone know what they're talking about?

I have total respect and admiration for the linemen and their families. Thank you for your hard work and sacrifice. I understand and appreciate the magnitude of the restoration effort. What I don't understand is how every house in our area has had power or has received power today but ours has not. In fact, when we go online to report this outage, the site claims all power has been restored.
