Duke charges the highest amount per KWH in the state if FL. FPL, the low cost provider in our state, just anniunced a one-time 25% rate reduction to help ease the financial burdens during the coronavirus crisis. Of course, Duke will just continue purusing profits.

I live off of Hontoon road and see your trucks out here daily I also see the tree trimmers out here and along Old New York Ave. however every time the wind blows or it rains we have a power interruption. Why?? I hate Duke Energy!
what is this asset securitization charge? and does it go up the more electric you you? how can anyone who's trying to cut the cost of electric, benefit from it? i don't want to see 50 dollars added to my bill when i turn the electric on.
Day 9 of no power power trucks came and fixed power one block over but not ours!!! This is getting ridiculous have spent 275$ on gas for my generator in one week!!!

today is monday the 18th. two days ago there were two duke energy vehicles in my bAck yard. they walked up to my neighbors home and talked with him but dont know what was said. and two days later we still have no power. contacted duke on saturday and was told over 800 still without power on our grid. called again sunday and was told only 4 without power. there are no trees down. no lines down, a couple of jacks popped on 15a and the area around us has power restored but us 4 on a line off of BOB LEE AIRPORT ROAD. tried to ca... read more
Worst power company around. Lose power before a storm even hits then takes forever to get power back on. Customer service is rude.
