We just got our power on, its been 8 days with out,but I want to Thank Duke Power for working so hard on restore Florida's power after hurricane Irma. These men and women are working through terrible conditions of Florida. Thank you again.
today is monday the 18th. two days ago there were two duke energy vehicles in my bAck yard. they walked up to my neighbors home and talked with him but dont know what was said. and two days later we still have no power. contacted duke on saturday and was told over 800 still without power on our grid. called again sunday and was told only 4 without power. there are no trees down. no lines down, a couple of jacks popped on 15a and the area around us has power restored but us 4 on a line off of BOB LEE AIRPORT ROAD. tried to ca... read more
Worst power company around. Lose power before a storm even hits then takes forever to get power back on. Customer service is rude.

Not impressed-I know the line men are working so hard- and know they are- But I haven't seen one truck out in this area since the storm We have been out since the night of the storm. First couple of times I spoke with someone they were really nice but as I continue to call I realize that my account was never updated and details when included as I was told they would be they have not updated any of their maps the number still say the same- even though it shows that there's a whole lot more people that they've turned on?? 1 week no power. Whetstone apts =189 tenants. Duke says 208 in Pinellas w out power today. Fix the apts and raise ur quota.
