Duke Energy is a joke! I have been trying to call for OVER a week. Doesn't matter what time of day you call. The recording always tells you there is a long wait time. Never got a hold of anyone. If they think I'm paying for electric where I don't even live, they have another thing coming. This company is a joke. They don't even have an email to be able to talk to someone. I'm livid.

I don't think Duke Energy needs to be there, I was suppose to have a man here at 9:30 this morning for a home inspection. Its now 10:05 I have tried calling a couple different numbers and no answer. How is people suppose to get in touch with you if you don't answer your phones
