Took my Mom to Dr Dujela 2nd time. It is a 90 min drive. We had appt at 10am. waited for 9o min in exam room without anyone even coming in to say sorry for the delay etc. Dr came in and no apology or explanation of why the unbelievable wait. Mom is 85 and had lots of questions. He didn't give her the time of day. Kept standing up and walking toward the door. Didn't review chart b4 walking in so had no clue what her ailment was but had the nerve to say "your ankle will never get better"! Wow ... way to give a person some hope... read more
