They’re EXTREMELY unprofessional; receptionist was talking to another person in the background while on the phone with me. Their website is misleading, and when I explained to them that I was told by my job that I wouldn’t be able to attend the class, they refused to offer a refund. Do NOT use this DUI school unless you want to be ripped off and ignored by the staff.
Staff misplaced paperwork and didn’t have anything ready for me. Didn’t even provide me with the zoom link for the online Defensive Driving course. I had the instructor call me asking why I wasn’t on zoom when I haven’t even had a link provided to me.
I don't really understand all these good reviews, it must be a circle of friends posting nice things for them, I have STRUGGLED EVERY SINGLE TIME to get any information regarding classes, scheduling, everything is just very poorly handled and super unprofessional, but I guess if you have friends who will say differently in Google you're good.
