Chris had told me my evaluation wasn’t expired and that I had to pay off my balance to move forward, I immediately paid my $700 balance the next day, then all the sudden my evaluation is expired, if you use this service DO NOT pay them until you get all of your paperwork because they will hold onto your paperwork and make life harder.
