Dana is awesome! Very reputable and trustworthy and honest guy. We bought a Scion XB from Duhamel's and we love it. It had a couple of minor issues that Dana has fixed with no question. We prefer to buy older used cars and will definitely come back when we are looking for our next vehicle!
Duhamel Motors exceeded all expectations during the car buying process...stood behind their word and backed the warranty. All around a great local business, highly recommend!
I've known Dana & the guys who work there for a long time. have bought two cars from him, the first got wiped out by a tree falling on it & at that time really needed a vehicle as one could imagine. Dana helped me into a "better" car than the first, helped with the financing and got me back on the road in a nice Toyota! The service there is great & I believe that if another tree falls on my car, I will be back at Duhamels Auto Sales where I'd have a good selection of cars to choose from. I highly recommend this place! Very nice guy and helped us beyond what was expected.
We bought a car last year, very excited about the warranty that came with the car, which we ended up needing. He was very great and wonderful about fixing what was wrong, easy to work with. But it has been a year and we are having troubles with the car... the muffler TOTALLY fell off. The people said it has really bad rust, the struts aren't looking good, the muffler was really bad, and something else.
