New patient /3 visits. Office seems to run efficiently. Team worked fluidly. Can choose music in overhead speaker. Was comfortable with Dr. Wadie Dughman and able to relax more than expected. All have light touch and calm. Good technology Comfortable ergonomic chairs. Noticed sanitizing equipment several times. Great view of all blue sky from my chair.
I’ve now had three appointments at Dughman Dental, and had a great experience every time. The staff is all friendly and professional and Dr Dughman is attentive and personable. I appreciate Dr Dughman’s attention to detail and willingness to answer questions. Special thanks to Lisa at the front desk for working with my insurance. I would highly recommend Dughman Dental for anyone looking for a good dentist in the East Bay!
