He was kind and interested in what we were wanting to happen when we are either unable to take care of ourselves or are deceased. And he gave us some important information that we didn't know about.
In the beginning Steve kept us up to date on a trust dispute. He actually said we were reaching resolution. One day out of the blue I am served papers and in a law suit. He has completely ghosted me and will not return calls or emails for 8 months. Very poorly managed office and professionalism. I have requested my case file but he wont respond.
I would not recommend him. With lots of proof to prove I should win. He knew I should win this. He totally let me down and notified me by email that we lost. Never kept me up to date for the next year. The judgement was full of lies.
