We were completely ripped off by this company. Once our previous flooring was removed and they were at the end of installing the new flooring we were then told that they hadn't included replacement of our foot boards in the contract. The best they could do was to place the old floor boards back or we had to pay more for them to install new floorboards. Wonderful carpet experience. Josh Murphy went above and beyond to get me the carpet I wanted at the best price available. I went to seven Pensacola retailers before I found Duggins so I know I found the best! The delivery and installation were also perfect! Thank you, Duggins! I'll absolutely be back when I'm ready for my tile!
