Based on personal experience, I'm relieved that Susan. Duggan is not my lawyer. She has a tendency to escalate communication unnecessarily, creating litigation where it’s not needed, which could cause serious long-term issues for her clients. She has misrepresented facts to the judge, been unprepared with key documents, and lacks the ability to conduct civil negotiations. Careful: she will want your name and phone numbers posted for all reviews which she attacks saying since she won the other side case, we are pissed. I am actually happy with result, since she represented the other party who tried to threaten with something judge immediately stopped upon first and second proceedings and these threats ended up just costly to her client and empty at the end . She represented my husband, whom the entire time he was participating in full reconciliation with me, she pressured him and I into signing an agreement with threats of court and called me by the wrong name. We had a complete reconciliation days after this. I also had to tell her numerous times (almost every dialogue with her), that she had made tremendous and slight errors in every document she sent me for review.
