Dr Duggal is a wonderful doctor who cares for her patients. Have been her patient for over 7 years and she has always been the best. She listens to patients and tries to help as much as possible. I’m blessed to call her my doctor.
Don’t call to schedule. You can be in a queue of 10 people ahead and never speak to someone. Instead, it goes silent and they don’t inform you that you’re supposed to leave a message. If you call and ask for a callback, when you get it then it’s silent and doesn’t direct you to leave a message. The only way to schedule is by hitting 4 for medical records and new patients. The message there will tell you to schedule online. This is the worst experience I’ve had trying to schedule appointments.
