My customer got a tow from them. They didn’t give her a receipt so she could get reimbursed at the time of the tow. I called next day to get a receipt, the lady said that they didn’t have one yet because the tow truck driver had a family emergency. No big deal, understood completely. I then called the next week and asked for it, she then told me that it was in the back in filing and that she was the only one there and would get it when she could get to it. I don’t think this company is progressive like once was, the other night a driver name Sonny Kimble was completely out of his mind, unprofessional and started a confrontation with my neighbors for no reason, thought they were “following him”(being very aggressive!) SUPER unprofessional!! They didn’t fire him after my landlords had to call twice and complain. Excellent service. Had truck towed ti my home.
I can't recommend this establishment and their driver Breland enough. He came to my rescue this morning and was nothing but kind, courteous, and fast. Next time I need a tow, I won't hesitate to call these guys. Thank you for amazing service.
Would not recommend.
