Had a 9:30 appointment but no one showed up. Called the company repeatedly with no answer. Finally got through to the owner who said she would check on the ETA and call me back. 20 minutes later, I was told someone would be there by 10:20. That didn't happen. Then the owner told me that there is a four hour window - NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD when I made the appointment. Very tired of of service people's time being more valuable than mine.
Best Equipment, Best Service, Best Price, Best Warranty... Family run w/ long term expert HVAC technicians who'll always be there as they've been serving the Valley a long time. Go elsewhere and you could be paying more for some "Over Advertised" shop w/ newbie technicians. My oil heat to heat/ac heat pump conversion was awesome!!!
Dugan's is a first rate company. Relatives and neighbors to me to call Dugan's and get a quote for a new AC. They are fair and professional. I'm very happy with my new AC. Thanks Dugan.
