I had a terrible experience at Dugan Supply in Newburyport, MA I had ordered parts for a Modine garage heater, and was told it would be 2 weeks before they arrived. 3 weeks later, after not hearing from them, I went in to inquire about the parts I ordered. The salesman, Tim, explained he NEVER ordered the parts, and went so far as to Laugh in my face about it... I mean Literally Laugh at me. He is a terrible, nefarious, toxic employee... So smug & condescending... I wish I could leave negative stars for this review !!!! Horr... read more
Our central a/c Broke before a 97 degree weekend. My contractor needed a part & called them. They put it aside & I was out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Definitely come here for your plumbing & heating supplies. They may carry more categories but I only needed a part so I am not sure what else they carry but you can call them or find them on the internet. 9 Graf Rd in Newburyport exit 83 off of interstate 95.
