RecommendedMy mom is moving from Florida to Wisconsin. Everyone in the process from getting the initial estimate, to changing around the estimate, to finally doing the move, were so nice and helpful. The movers were efficient, very accommodating as I wasn't sure where everything was supposed to go in their new house. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a moving company!
If I could give this company a zero I would. They damaged a new bed frame that costed a couple hundred dollars and paid $21 for the damage. They were rude and unprofessional. They don't even return phone calls and the email responses are one sentence. The movers did whatever they pleased to get the job done. Not only damaging property they charged for 3 hours when it took maybe 2 hours, this is with them being late for pick-up. I would never use them again.
Be careful this moving company is a bunch of crooks they will quote you a price and then turn around and charge you as much as five or more times what they tell you. The workers are lazy and drag there feet to make it take longer. I would make sure you have everything in writing and DONT let them make you sign anything without having ample time to read it first.
Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Would not every recommend using them for any of their services!
They need to quote properly and be more careful with peoples items. Very unprofessional and over charge immensely.
Awesome movers. I used them the first time I moved 4 years ago and it was a great experience then which is why I went with them again. This time I had a lot left to pack which I simply had no time to do. So they packed most of my stuff. The care they put into everything is amazing. Everything was wrapped nicely and boxes labeled. To pack a 2 bedroom apartment and load everything up and unload took only 5-6 hours. I highly recommend them.
