I met Christa at a yard sale I was having (my Mom had passed away). I asked her was she thought the house might be worth. When the house was appraised Christa was right on the money! When I was ready to sell it I met with her on a Saturday and I kid you not!!, by the following Thursday she had sold the house. Christa did a fantastic job. Thanks Christa.
