I took my vaccum in waited two weeks to be told it was a clog and dirty filter (which I knew it wasn't )well I come home take apart the entire vaccum and find no clog and the filters I had just replaced clean. I called to tell her that the diegnoses was incorrect, just to be told ( OK well bring it back and we'll try to fix it.) Well isn't that why I took it the first time? And after the guy who diagnosed it said he didn't hear the horrible whistling in which is the reason I took it in the first place and said it was a clog ... read more
I THINK THEY DO THE BEST WORK ANY VACUM SHOP IN THE WORLD CAN DO. I WOULD NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE TO HAVE MY VACUM FIXED. AND I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA
