A great tradition I grew up in Ct and moved to NC. This place is so good that I visit it each time I go to see family up there. It is true new england seafood. I have tons of great memories from going there as a kid and it is just as good as I remember
Great atmosphere and food The first time I ate at Duffys I thought that it was going to be an average Irish pub with bar type food. I was wrong. The atmosphere is so clean (very clean) and warm. The food menu has many different items. The salads are excellent! The service is good and the prices are right. PROS: Food, cold beer,atmosphere and service CONS: parking limited
billk I purchased several gift certificates thru restaurant.com in 2010 for duffyâs in west haven. these certificates have no expiration date. my wife and I dined there this evening and when I went to use one of my certificates I was informed that they no longer participate in the restaurant.com process, and that they are no longer honoring the certificates that people have already purchased. nice hang out This place is great place t hang out after work and have a drink. The food is great and people there are awsome. They seem to have been thre for awhile and have a lot of layal customers. I will know be one of them. I can say I really loved the sandwiches. They were very good and not skimpy.
Has it all! I live in New York now but whenever I head back home to CT I always make it a point to hit Duffy's. They have it all. Great tavern, yet excellent dining. The food at Duffy's is amazing and always fresh and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Duffy's Tavern for your next night out. Whether it's a evening with the pals, a family dinner or a date, Duffy's will treat you like a king and/or queen.
Duffy's A friend threw a birthday dinner here for her father that I attended. The food was excellent, the waitstaff was attentive, prices were reasonable, and all had a good time!
