Hello, I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to everyone at Duffys who helped me when I needed it most. I’m incredibly grateful to the admissions team, my counselor Alisha, the tech staff, and the CEO for making it possible for me to receive a scholarship and enter treatment. Absolutely the best , wasn’t my first program but it’s been my last. . Since my time there I consider ways to go back there as it’s the best thing in my life. I miss it there and the staff who are top notch and I was treated as a human being shown how to manage my problems. Other places did not show me the same curiosity as anyone would want but I only got at Duffys, which helped the way I felt and acted as such. Duffy’s is a great place to go and do what you need to do to better yourself. People say they only care about is money but that is clearly not true. It’s very clean, the food is great and plentiful, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares. There have been plenty instances when the staff cried or teared up when guest left because the relationships are real!

Attended this facility hoping for recovery and healing, but what I encountered was the exact opposite—a deeply toxic and unsafe environment that is not suitable for anyone genuinely seeking help. This rehab is run more like a prison than a place of treatment. Gangs dominate the social structure inside, and these groups openly intimidate and control other residents. There are wonderful things about Duffy's- but also things that aren't. Amazing trust between residents and wonderful small groups, beautiful nature, delicious food, and really comfortable rooms. Some staff were like gold and others wronged me to the point that a full investigation was conducted. The results were in my favor, which thankfully led to a change in policy.
