My experience with Keith Duffy one of the rip off owners of this company is that he hires or contracts work out to be done on his jobs and then NEVER pays the sub contractors he's hired. He's a scam artist so to speak he's left jobs owing electricians, plumbers, cleaners painters, you name it he owes them.
