This review has nothing to do with the food only the terrible service. We stopped here today during the Bills game and sat at a table for a half hour of being totally ignored. There were many employees walking by us and totally ignoring us. We even stopped one if the servers and asked to get waited on and she said she'd find out who our server once and walked away. There was no offer to get drinks, food .. nothing!! I realize this was a Bills Sunday but a business like this should really be prepared for that. We finally walk... read more

Recommendedhow much time do you have? Cindy the manager was exceptional. She did everything in her power and then some to make sure that we had the best couple nights at Duff's. Joyce our server the first night was great. Anna our server the second night was wonderful as well. The wings were great, the beef on weck was perfect. And to top it off both the Sabres won their home opener as did the Tampa Bay Lightning. Tonight in Buffalo, life is good. The Orchard Park Duff's is Simply the Best.

The wings were huge! They were crispy with just enough sauce. Excellent. Our server was pleasant and efficient. Really enjoyed our visit!
I should have read the reviews on this “famous chicken wings” restaurant before actually going there and paying $80 for 30 wings and a few drinks. The wings were dry and extremely over cooked. The sauce on the charred bbq didn’t measure up to other local pizza and wing shops. The service was mediocre. Would NOT recommend this restaurant for its “famous chicken wings” sorry!
