We had our entire HVAC system replaced... furnace, AC, humidifier, everything. The installation itself is fine and working well, but getting there was frustrating as hell. After we signed the contract, Ron (our sales guy) completely ghosted us. Didn't respond to texts or voicemails. We were told it'd be a day and a half job but start to finish took eight days. I had a terrible experience with Reimer. Their technician came to my home and claimed my furnace had a failed and leaking heat exchanger, saying it was unsafe to run and needed immediate replacement. The quote they gave me was nearly $8,000 for a basic 80% efficient unit (when I could purchase the same unit myself for around $1,500!!). Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion.
