An outstanding experience - fast service, thoughtful consultation about solutions to our problem, wonderful technicians (Nester + Milan), worked long days to get the job done. Couldn't have been more considerate and left the place pristine. Highly recommend.
Scam - shop around. I was quoted over $2,000 (and that was with a $500 discount) and for up to ten vents, which would’ve resulted in a massive upcharge while onsite. I called three other companies and they quoted $800 to $1,000 for the same service. I went with Indoor Air - true professionals.
Reimer's team was the best, from customer service to the crew who did our repair. They were thorough and honest about the problems and fixed them promptly. Fair cost and excellent experience overall.
