The staff and dr were great.
The staff at Dental Depot in Yukon were amazing, prompt and very kind.
The staff was wonderful and very patient with my 4yo autistic son. Only downside was the wait time. We were asked to come in earlier than scheduled but ended up waiting past our original time slot. My son was very anxious by the time we got to a chair and we may have had more luck if we had been seen faster. I did see they were very busy and it was a Saturday but they were advised in advanced my son is special needs and I think that should have been taken into consideration. I'm a wimp when it comes to dental care...a long history of poor experiences (thus the reluctance to visit you). I called with a semi-emergency (lost crown) and was told to come in immediately (a surprise)...the reception was outstanding, the dental assistants were friendly, professional, they put me at ease and did a great job of preping me for what turned out to be an extraction. I was apprehensive to go to the dentist. I wasn't sure how I would be treated after waiting 45 years to get my first cleaning. The dentist and the whole staff were supportive and didn't make me feel ashamed. The were fun and uplifting and I was able to relax. It was a great experience for me and I would recommend it for anyone.

As usual, Dental Depot is a good experience. Seen on time. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
