Impressive. They returned my call and kept me informed on when their technician would arrive. He was friendly and knowledgeable and repaired my water heater within an hour of his arrival. I'd called several companies. A few returned my call. Two only wanted to sell a new water heater and installation $$$! Duff's made my repair at an affordable price. I will call them again for any further needs I may have. Great service!
