I moved here from out of state in July and I absolutely love Nashville and Duet Apartments! Being unfamiliar with the area, safety was a huge concern for me and I've always felt safe at Duet. I love being so close to Belmont, The Parthenon/Centennial Park, downtown, and tons of great restaurants. I also enjoy all of the amenities offered at Duet such as the gym, Starbucks coffee, covered parking, game room, and the monthly activities that are planned for us!
My fiance and I have been living at the Duet for a couple months now. After a horrible experience at a similar complex in the same neighborhood, we're very relieved to say the Duet is so much better. Management has been very helpful, the complex isn't so large it feels crowded like others, and the other residents are genuinely nice to one another. I have lived at Duet for a couple of months now and genuinely have loved my experience thus far. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job creating a community within the apartments. They offer complimentary Starbucks coffee and free yoga on Saturdays..what more could you ask for?!
I've had a wonderful experience living at Duet! The location is great as well. It's maybe a $6 Uber ride to downtown Nashville and there is an awesome park right in your backyard. Staff is always helpful and super friendly.
Chels and I moved here almost six months ago and it has been great so far. Leasing staff is friendly and the location is wonderful. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because there are several features that we have not yet been able to enjoy. I'm sure that once they are done it will truly be five star living on centennial.
