What a great spot. Very country atmosphere with outdoor seating options and some covered outdoor seating too! Great bbq and portions. Staff was friendly and efficient. Glad we happened upon it.
The pulled pork with Lexington sauce topped with cole slaw is delicious. Great hush puppies as well.
It was pretty tasty. A little pricey, but overall okay. I would not recommend the fried green tomatoes. They had way too much breading and not one that I liked. Lost the good flavor of a fried green tomatoe. Cole slaw was yummy and they had a great selection of sauces.
Food was excellent the staff was friendly and personable.

It really is some of the best BBQ around. It's about knowing how to be patient when cooking, maintaining the correct heat, and not rushing it. Due South kow how to do this. The outer edge of the BBQ always has that reddish color and great flavor. And the ribs are excellent. The only down side is the cost-it has to be one of the more expensive BBQ places to eat, especially if you order a combo...but, it's with it.
