I’ve been going to Dr. Lisa Dudley for a couple years now and am thoroughly satisfied. She explains everything whenever I have questions and she’s very compassionate. I no longer live in Charlotte but have decided I didn’t want to find another eye doctor because Dr. Dudley is just that good.
I was a patient of Dr.Dudley because Northlake Eye did not accept our new insurance provider. I scheduled a visit for both contacts and glasses. 1st & 2nd visit the reception ladies and the assistant were both nice and friendly. Then I met Dr. Dudley, she has a very short and dry personality. She is not easy to talk to, and not very engaging or welcoming. 1st pair of contacts did not work out so I had to go back for a second trial period pair. I have been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old and never have I had to take 2hrs out of my day just to have an eye exam. I understand this is in the time of COVID and there will be some delay in everything, it’s just the new norm. But 2hrs is unexceptionable. Then after waiting all that time, Dr. Lisa Dudley basically rushed through the examination. Best eye dr in Charlotte. Waited to be seen like you have to do everywhere but well worth the wait. Very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Will be back next time.
My mom wanted an eye appointment here. When we arrived, the staff was congregated around the front desk while one of the receptionists began to discuss how something delivered to her house smelled like "weed". No issues with marijuana but super inappropriate in front of patients. I took a pen to fill out my mom's paperwork and when I handed it back to the receptionist because I thought she would sanitize it as I've seen all medical practices do in the last year, she told me to put it back in the holder because she had wiped ... read more
