It is a cute, cozy, and an old fashion styled place in downtown Billings. I am picky when it comes to finding a place to stay: cleanliness, price, comfy bed, amenities, etc. This place was a great price, comfy beds, decent size, and comfortable. They have off street parking, and you recieve a key versus a keycard! You have to pay for breakfast, but you get a discount for staying (well under $10 when I stayed.) Was a pleasant surprise to find for a last minute decision and will definitely stay here again!

Update 2026 Still the same, had a great stay always welcoming and don't forget to use their breakfast voucher system for a hearty meal and bottomless coffee. Typical american themed motel with a rustic charisma in the heart of Billings . Never had a problem with cleanliness. Great service really helpful staff who always had time to chat.

went there for Breakfast this morning with my wife and son. walked in with over 1-1/2hrs before they closed, The lady that was seating looked up and saw me and blurted out ‘UHH’ , I was shocked and I said what’s the problem, she said we are closing early today for a funeral, So we said ok and left, #1 she needs to lose her job, #2 take you sidewalk sign away announcing your open at the cafe if your not,#3 how about training your staff on being courteous , We will NEVER be back

Our plans changed, and we ended up heading to Big Sky earlier for a wedding, so we had to cancel our stay last minute. I just have to say how incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating the owners and staff were throughout the whole process. Their hospitality truly stood out. Thank you 🤍 Even though we didn’t get to stay, it’s such a charming, historic place in downtown.
