Joe and Chris were fantastic. Showed up on time to clean dryer duct work/vent. Having two people made the whole process much, much quicker and more efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Unreliable, they never showed up for 2 scheduled appts.
Jim did a wonderful job repairing our dryer vent. He was professional, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. We will definitely be reaching out for our annual cleaning moving forward.
During what was supposed to be a routine duct cleaning, one of the technicians cracked the plastic around a ceiling vent and tried to screw it back in without telling me. It was obvious something was wrong because the grille wasn’t flush anymore. When I confronted them, they acted like it was already broken it wasn’t. I called the company the next day and sent photos. The driver in a box truck on ulmerton road today ran a red light and cut 2 cars off almost caused a serious accident. The driver was throwing cigarette buts out on the ground and acting like he was on drugs.
