This is a quality company that I have used for years for my residential AC needs. They are honest, fair, and do what they promise they are going to do. The workers are polite and courteous and respectfully of your home. I had used numerous AC companies in the past (not Ducts Inc.) but they were unreliable and many technicians didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. Dustin is one of the best vendors I have had the pleasure to work with. He is always professional, on time, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. He services our labs industrial vacuum system, which is old, and he has made it run like a new machine. His prices are not excessive, like a lot of vendors are when dealing with a large corporation. Ducts, Inc is highly recommended!
I had a great experience with them replacing my 4 ton unit. The guys were on time & had my unit changed in a few hours with a new thermostat.
As the maintenance person for a machine shop, we were having a hard time finding a company to clean and service some smog hog air filtration units. I was also in need of Nordfab ducting over two pieces of equipment. Not only could Ducts, Inc. provide the special ducting, they tackled the servicing of the Smog Hogs without hesitation.
