Jared (the owner) runs a great business—he’s professional, easy to work with, and really knows his stuff. Both installs went smoothly, and the mini split systems have made such a huge difference in our home. When I contacted Ductless Plus and spoke with Jared, we were in a tight spot. We had just purchased a condo in a historic building that lacked air conditioning. One HVAC company had canceled on us because they couldn’t meet the specifications of the HOA, and another, realizing we needed A/C sooner rather than later, not only took a week to give us an estimate, but also wanted to charge twice the original price.
