Ductclean Effects, LLC did a poor job cleaning my air ducts. They were supposed to use specialized equipment to remove debris and contaminants, but it seemed like they just used a basic vacuum cleaner. The air quality in my home didn't improve at all after their service.
I was quoted one price by Ductclean Effects, LLC, but the final bill was significantly higher. They claimed I had agreed to additional services, but I know I didn't. When I disputed the charges, they became defensive and argumentative. Not a trustworthy company.
The men were prompt, in fact even early, to do the job. They worked quickly and efficiently and did not waste time getting to work. They told us exactly what they were going to do and they were very respectful in their conversations with us. We are recommending this company very highly to all 42 residences in our community.
Pedro and Alex and the whole team were incredible! From setting up the appointment to cleaning out every duct and vent, and the immaculate cleanup. Pedro was very clear about exactly what they would do, and they came right on time. Friendly and professional!
