Ralph was very responsive and came within 2 days of my call. Very professional and did and excellent job.
They called right away and came out the next day and cleaned my vent. They were very professional and even set me up on an annual plan to come back out next year. I was very satisfied with Duct Pro and will continue to use them in the future.
