Everything was done timely and nearly with clear communication.

Arrived right on time. Was courteous and professional and left work area extremely clean.
Arrived at the time discussed. Very polite. Was a quiet as could be. Cleaned up after work. Caulked exterior vent that was replaced. Excellent job. Definitely will hire again when dryer vents need cleaning again.
This place had not had its ducts clean for over 20 years. The dust was 2 inches thick on the vents. We could barely breath. RALPH and company did an excellent job of cleaning the duct work and cleaning up afterwards. Prompt, professional and always a pleasure to work with. I have referred him many times and have never heard of a bad experience. I highly recommend Duct Pro.
They did the vent pipe and vent replacement for me. Very professional, friendly, and efficient.
