AWFUL vehicles on the lot. Online pictures did NOT accurately reflect the condition of the interiors of the cars. Trash inside the vehicles, knobs missing in almost every car (for some reason). Very disappointing. As for the customer service, I can't tell you because no one came outside to greet my wife and I. It didn't matter because most vehicles we checked were already sitting unlocked.
Went to see car drove over and hour and car was not there. They claim that during a test drive brake went out on car. No deal with them seems to be dishonest people.
Great experience. Joe was very nice and helped us with everything. Car looks great. Had a few minor cosmetic flaws but he fixed them right away. Everything he said he would do he did. Paperwork took 20-30mins. Great dealer great cars. Very relaxed and patient every time I called him.
The lot doesn't look like much from the street but it is run by honest, upfront people. The location of dealership is way north of Atlanta so that can be kind of annoying, especially if you want time to think about you decision or need a day or two to get your finances in order . I personally had to make the trek three times. But the roads up there are great for a test drive! If my new-to-me car holds up I will definitely be recommending Ducky Cars.
Worth the 50 miles. Joe was very helpful and very reasonable on the offer prior to my trip there. Vehicle runs great, everything as advertised. In & out in 1 hour great staff.

Spoke with Joe over phone to talk about vehicle we wanted to see he immediately followed up with car fax and made the deal prior to getting there. Went to close the deal and everything we discussed he delivered. Very honest establishment and knowledgeable. Well worth the purchase and how he delivered.
