The worst service ever! The bartender (I think his name was Kyle) was disengaging and had to be reminded REPEATEDLY to check on our food. It was my FIRST time patronizing the establishment and I HIGHLY doubt I'll ever return. We (party of 3) sat at bar and ordered 3 chicken fajita quesadillas, 1 side salad, & 1 mozzarella stick (app). It took OVER AN HOUR to get our food and it was packaged in TO GO boxes! There's more to the story-but I don't have enough characters!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've tried several times to give this place a chance but the service and food is absolutely terrible. Went lastnight and had to wait very long for food, and manager seemed nonchalant about us. We told her how long our food was taking, I saw her on her phone more than making sure food came out in timely manner. The table near us has been waiting a long time to. Def pay attention to reviews.
Food and service was good. Fire alarms went off and the restaurant was vacated for about 20 minutes. Food was, of course cold when we returned. No compensation was offered. That makes for poor customer service in my opinion.

Great food and excellent customer service! My wife and I came along with her cousin and uncle and we all enjoyed ourselves. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely 5 stars! :)

Went to Duckworth's last night for an event on their second floor. The venue is perfect for watching games and their beer selection is massive. The food is solid and their staff is fantastic. I'd recommend this place any day.

Just tried to support my team at Duckworth's uptown, which is the official spot for Charlotte-based alumni. Staff ignored us and seemed skeptical that we were alumni. After flagging down staff, we were told that we could not be guaranteed good service at the table we had chosen, so we've opted for another table - at Slate Billiards in Southend. It's disappointing because we also had our Duckworths Beer Club cards in hand.
Amazing food, and beer selection. Friendly, and off the top service. This is my new favorite place to be when down in Charlotte. :) Cheers!
