We had great service and the food was excellent. The sauce on the ribs was killer!
I am a huge fan of duckworths at other locations. I was very excited to try the new uptown location, however I was VERY disappointed. We waited for about 20 minutes after being seated and no one came to our table. We left and no one said anything to us. We had to say something to the hostess about not being served. Very disappointing because we know their food is so good. I will never go back to this location.

Food sucked. They bragged on the menu about the Philly cheesesteak so 3 of us ordered it. Dry and hardly any cheese on. 2 if us had regular fries...they were overcooked the other 2 ordered garlic fries they were under cooked. Waste of time and money

The service suck the workers acted they all were on drugs running around eyes looking like red n bold found hair in my food they took over 30 mins to cook again by that time I was no longer hungry manager was rude n look like he was on something as well and they still made me pay for my meal didn't even touch my liquor selection n they still made us pay it was pre Valentine dinner n it was terrible smh need corporate number asap nobody should ever be treated like that paid a 85.00 bill for what????Never again!!!

Weekdays lunch time and only one server is working really hard to take all orders and taking million years to bring our food :(

Management is horrible. We witnessed a drunk out of control Pittsburgh fan (not a hater) not only yell obscenities at the tv, but then turn on another (unknown) Bronco fan and literally verbally assault him. ansgement did nothing...bartender kept serving him. Pitt guy's wife ordered him food, he promptly threw it, plate and all, behind bar. Management did nothing...poor management. A.L.E. should be all over them. And food was horrible!

Wasn't kid friendly, too bad since it's located across from Discovery Place. Wasn't able to try the food due to lousy service and we left before drinks were even ordered. It's a shame how one server can ruin a restaurants image.
