Criminals dressed as a landlord company? After normal wear and tear of an apartment across 6 tenants, 8 years, they hadn’t once had to do any maintenance on the place. All of the negative reviews are true. These people do not care about their renters at all. They are solely about making money and protecting the home owners, not the renters. The comments about excessive move-out charges are especially true and they will try to find ways to get more money from you anyway they can. If you try to ask for clarifying information, they will refuse to talk to you and hide behind their lawyers. Their manager is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Kim Lawson at Duckworth Realty is the most difficult person I have ever had to work with in my entire life. Don’t rent from Duckworth Realty unless you want to live with a rat and mice infestation and a management company who could not care less about the house.
