Horrible with communication, will enter units, shoddy construction and maintenance. Water has been turned off twice in 3 months with little warning. Mistakes often blamed on tenants. Incredibly difficult place to live.
Pam Baker is absolutely amazing. She was our "land lord" for our rental home and was absolutely wonderful to work with. Then when it was time to move out, she was our realtor! She listened to us, provided us with as much information as possible AND looked out for us at every turn. 10/10 experience.
