Very solid rental experience. Aaron from Duck Hollow was always very responsive and respectful during my 3 year tenancy. When maintenance was needed service was sent quickly, and the online payment / maintenance portal was up-to-date and easy to use. Would definitely rent from Duck Hollow again, especially if Aaron is the property manager involved.
I've known Aaron for years and worked directly with him and Josh for leasing-related assistance. They are extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor and/or property manager in the greater Pittsburgh area!
I have been a renter for over 10 years and have dealt with numerous property management companies and Duck Hollow Realty has by far been the best! Aaron is very hands on and truly cares about his customers and their properties. My family had a 10/10 experience with Duck Hollow and would highly recommend them for any real estate or property management needs!
I've been working with Aaron Bubenheim and Duck Hollow Realty LLC as my property manager for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. They're thorough with walkthroughs and always keep me in the loop with clear, timely communication. What really stands out is that they don't just focus on collecting rent - they genuinely care about protecting and maintaining the property long-term. Highly recommend Aaron and the Duck Hollow team to any landlord looking for a property manager who treats your investment like their own.
Duck Hollow has done a fantastic job managing my rental properties. Since taking over, they’ve helped increase rental income while also providing my tenants with a much higher level of service than I was able to provide managing the properties myself. I highly recommend them to any property owner looking for professional, reliable management.
