I ordered a catering small donuts order for a party and it was below expectations. It was not at all provided in a catering tray as advertised, but all squished in small box for a dozen donuts that barely stayed closed. The additional icing purchased as a dip was put in what looked like a milkshake container. For almost $90.00 it was a complete waste. I had to assemble a tray myself to bring to the party. I always go to other duck doughnuts to get bacon donuts. The lady gave so little. I will not be back. Also I ask if she can make breakfast egg and cheese donuts. She said they stop making it at 5pm. And she was hesitant to answer. Even though on the poster it says all day anytime. Not coming back. Their price is higher compared to other franchise.
The donuts and drinks are amazing!! The workers are so sweet as well. I am not hating on duck donuts but it’s not fair that these workers do not get tips!!🥲 when you order on the screen and prompts you to the last screen for tipping, the tip does not go to the workers directly. Totally unfair due to the amount of work these workers do such as prepare the donuts, and having to still make the dough and such. I hope these workers get more recognition.
