We walked in on 08/10/2026 at around 10 AM, and the store was absolutely boiling inside. We were literally the only customers there. We waited about 5–6 minutes, and the employee completely ignored us. I finally asked him politely if he could please take our order. He looked at me as if I had done something wrong simply by walking into the store, then turned around and disappeared into the back. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this visit was disappointing. First, it was extremely hot inside the store—it felt like walking into a sauna. We also had to wait about five minutes before an employee came out from the back to help anyone. The customer service has definitely gone downhill. It seems like there are new owners and employees, and the difference is noticeable. One customer was trying to use the ordering kiosk, and the employee seemed uninterested in helping. Arrived at 11 am and the door was locked. We were walking away when a young associate came and unlocked the door. It was sweltering inside, had to be over 85. Associate was not familiar with with the donut specials (we came for shark week donuts). They also didn’t have the ingredients to make them.
