Love this place !! Have so many great donut options and the customer service is great. Also very reasonably priced! I had the donut with Bacon on it and was blown away!! Will definitely be back!
The staff was excellent! It was our first time ever trying Duck Donuts and they did not disappoint! We decided to do a really random variety box so we could try all the different flavors! The place was clean and bright, the staff was kind and informative, and the donuts were great! Lots of fun flavors, so there is going to be something for everyone! We ordered again two days later and did the online order, and it went smooth as could be!
I went there to buy a chai latte. Only 1 employee was working. After i placed my order and paid with credit card on the kiosk to make her life easier, took her half hour to let me know that they dont have chai latte. She said i can choose some other drink. I didnt want any other drink. She said she cant give me refund because i placed my order on the kiosk and paid by credit card. She had only access to cash transactions. Freshest donuts around. Always enjoy a few unique donuts from Duck Donuts. This time I went for their plain with cinnamon sugar. Pretty taste and much more affordable than the others.
We came to pick up some donuts and were not disappointed. I love all of the creative flavors here, and everything is so warm and fresh. I could not ask for more from a donut!! it was fairly empty when we visited so we were in and out quick, but the service was great and they were very attentive.
