I was disappointed with my recent experience at Duck Donuts. Google listed the store as opening at 7:00 AM, so I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up. I specifically ordered that early because the posted hours indicated the store was open at 7:00 AM; otherwise, I would not have placed my order so early. One employee, barely speaks English, 90 degrees inside. Pictures show the differences between the original location and the East Brunswick NJ location. Both pictures taken with one week of each other. When I questioned it, employee said 2oz of bacon is used and that’s how they are made. Won’t be back here and Duck Corporate should seriously have this location put in check.

It is currently 8:15am. Website says they open at 7am and I placed a pick-up order for 7:45am. They are still closed and there has been no contact from any employees, although they are inside.
don’t place a pickup order for before 8, even though on the website and confirmed pick up time is before then. Extremely rude employee telling you to come back later👎🏼
