I had a great experience at Duck Donuts! The donuts are made fresh to order, and you get to customize them with your own choice of icings and toppings, which makes it even better. Josue and Cesar provided wonderful service and were both friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the whole experience enjoyable and made sure everything was great. Definitely recommend Duck Donuts if you’re looking for fresh, delicious donuts and excellent customer service!
Placed an order online around 7:45am, (says they open at 7am online) get to the store at 7:55 and no one is there. The hours on the door say open at 8am yet again, lights off door locked and no one in sight. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up and still no one. Guess I'll have to call for a refund.

The donuts here are solid but its an awful environment. The owner has made no effort to fix an air conditioner that has been broken and talked about in other reviews for months. At this point its cheap and unfair to workers. It can be 100 degrees in the Summer. Customers actively avoid this place until the weather is cool, its that bad.
Staff were nice. Donuts were delicious.
