I toured this community and I absolutely think I have found my next home. I really enjoyed the nice stainless steel appliances and open floor plan. There are alot of amenities specifically the roof top pool and lounge area.
Very Comfortable, the patio door gets a bit cold in these Michigan winters. Not a fan of the heating vent location in the living room area,. But over all it's a nice quite Community. Lashonda does a great job keeping our building clean and tidy, Thank you DuCharme, I love calling you home
The complex is nice but the units are overpriced and outdated. The appliances are old, fridge doesn’t make ice, dishwashers are not up to date and barely work. These have prices of the newer updated downtown apartments but do not have the same update or features. The windows are nice but you just look at a neighborhood so no views, and in the winter the DTE bill is like $300 cause there aren’t ventilated good. Look around before settling here or they should at least lower the price a 1 bed shouldn’t be more than $1500 unless... read more
My son, who is proudly serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, has been stationed in Detroit and living at Ducharme Place since his assignment began. On the surface, the apartments appear very nice—I was genuinely impressed when I came to visit him. However, we’ve had an extremely troubling and frustrating experience that I feel obligated to share, especially for those considering living here with a vehicle.
