Beautiful apartment and responsive management
The energy is just bad, tried to go look at the place and they're unprofessional. Don't answer this leasing office phone or return calls. Plus the overall nonchalant attitude of the staff is appalling.
Don't even think of moving here. It is a nice apartment, but not a nice complex. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from all over. You will never have any peace or quiet. It's fine if you're a frat boy, and they live there too, or a yappy dog they live there too, or have kids that run up and down the hallways, but not if you like your home to be quiet. We went to look at an apartment there and not only did they keep us waiting outside until 15 min after appointment time but some random man in the lobby had to go let her know. Not a great first impression. It’s a lot cheaper than my current apartment and not nearly as nice but it had a pool so I wanted to go see it. We explained that my mom gets ss but it isn’t 3xs rent so she wanted to pay in cash up front because she has a lot of money in the bank and the lady was a snob about it.
