I moved here in a hurry after dealing with a nightmare landlord elsewhere. DuCharme Place has been a great relief from my previous horrors in renting. Apartment probably could have been a little cleaner upon move in but that's not a huge deal. I'm a daily pool user and that has been fantastic. Quick walk to the Meijer grocery store. Nice park right next door. Lots of fun downtown things within a 10 minute walk. So far...loving DuCharme!!!
Ducharme is always kept extremely clean. Very comfortable. Lashanda keeps the place very tidy. She is an extremely meticulous and a hard worker!! She is very sweet and it’s so nice to have her around!
So far so good, quiet, clean building. Rent is high but nothing is cheap nowadays Fitness center could use an upgrade, but a person determined to stay or get in shape doesn't really need any equipment. Lashanda, in house keeping, keeps the place smelling nice and clean. I especially appreciate how she keeps the community room clean, which is not easy to do seeing it's a shared space.
Beautiful apartment and responsive management. Lashanda keeps the place so clean!
