I lived here for 4 years. It was great till the last property manager came. Their new online payment portals never worked and I got changed almost 100 extra per month in late fees for almost 6 months. I travel for work and was hardly in town to accommodate their insistence on a pricy cashiers check. I moved out because of it. then they took 300 from my security deposit for their legal fees.
