What a GREAT dental experience. I was recommended to go with this dental office and so booked an appointment with Danielle (not too far out); however, she called me to offer an earlier visit with Dr Ron Ducharme which I accepted. I met with Dr Ducharme and Alicia, and not only was everyone friendly, but these guys have what appears to be the most current medical technology I have ever experienced at a dental office. Best dentist in Victoria , really great Team , always happy and proud of there job. They really take care about their customers . With my job I always need to change my appointment and every time they accommodate me. Thanks a lot for your good service.
If I could give more stars, I would. The team here so super kind and they actually listen to your needs. They never try to push extra treatments on you and they make sure that going to the dentist is actually an enjoyable experience. Literally the best dental office I've ever been to.
For 18 years I was a patient of Dr. Jerry Nanos. When he retired he recommended Dr. Ducharme. From the time I made contact with this clinic to inquire about my daughter and I becoming patients, through to our first appointment, every step of the way has reassured me that I made the right choice.
